I would expect to despatch your prints within 6-10 working days. Each print is made to order, and will be despatched in a strong, board backed envelope or cardboard tube depending on the print size.
(tip: if you your print is delivered rolled in a tube, remove from the tube and gently re-roll the picture in the opposite direction and place back into the tube for a short time. This will help to flatten the print again.)
